Noritsu V30 vs V50 – Film Processor Buying Guide
Choosing between a refurbished Noritsu QSF V30 and QSF V50 starts with your laboratory workload, available space and the condition of the actual machine. KEI International supplies both models for C-41 colour negative film processing, with refurbishment, spare parts and remote technical support.

Start with your film workload
Send us your average daily rolls, busiest-hour workload, mix of 35mm and 120 film, and the turnaround time you want to offer. Compare like-for-like film lengths when discussing capacity: a rating for 24-exposure rolls is not the same as a rating for 36-exposure rolls. Ask for capacity details for the exact variant offered.
Check the condition, not only the model name
When comparing a used V30 with a used V50, request photographs of the actual processor, its nameplate, racks, rollers, tanks, dryer and control panel. Ask what has been replaced, how the machine has been tested, and whether there are any known faults or missing components.
Our refurbishment work includes cleaning, inspection, repair and reassembly, with worn components replaced as required. Water testing and leak checks are part of preparation before chemical operation. See our Noritsu V30 and V50 refurbishment process for workshop details.
Confirm chemistry, power and accessories
Do not assume that every machine with the same model name has the same configuration. Confirm the chemistry system, voltage, frequency, phase and installation requirements from the actual unit. Ask us to list the supplied leader cards, splicing equipment, filters, manuals and other accessories in your quotation.
Compare the complete delivered quotation
Compare the machine price together with preparation, packing, freight, warranty terms and installation support. Current availability and included accessories are confirmed individually. We also supply Noritsu film processor spare parts and offer remote troubleshooting support.
Which model should your lab choose?
The best choice depends on your workload, space, chemistry supply and the condition and configuration of the available processor. Send your company name, country, delivery postcode, film volume and laboratory requirements. We can discuss both machines and provide separate quotations so you can compare them clearly.
