Inside the workshop with a refurbished Noritsu QSF V30. These nine original photographs show the actual film processor during workshop work, including the processing section, replenishment tubing, chemical containers and access behind the side panel.
The QSF V30 is a C-41 colour negative film processor for professional laboratories working with 35mm and 120 film. At KEI International, refurbishment means paying attention to the parts inside the machine as well as its appearance.

The photographs below document access to the tanks, rack positions and replenishment system. Opening the panels allows inspection and servicing of areas that cannot be assessed from an exterior photograph alone.

Our refurbishment process
Our workshop process includes dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair and reassembly. Racks, rollers, gears, seals and guides are checked, and worn or damaged components are replaced as required. Circulation, replenishment, film transport and dryer operation are checked during preparation.
Water testing and leak checks come before chemical operation. These photographs show workshop work; request the test record and current condition details for the specific machine offered in your quotation.
